Abby’s Puzzle and Abby’s Puzzle II are designed by Lynn Wheatley and inspired by the “Puzzling Personality” of her granddaughter Abby.  This is a modern quilt that combines the traditional piecing methods of Studio 180 Design and the curved piecing methods from Sew Kind of Wonderful. This design utilizes the Tucker Trimmer I™ tool from Studio 180 Design and the Mini QCR™ from Sew Kind of Wonderful. .  In class you will master the use of both specialized tools and many tips and tricks for curved and precision piecing.  Depending on your speed of sewing, you should be able to complete a few blocks and start to lay out the quilt center.  Abby’s Puzzle has two different design options: each with their own pattern.  Abby’s Puzzle features six fabrics and a background, while Abby’s Puzzle II features two fabrics and a background.

This is a modern traditional quilt that combines the traditional piecing methods of Studio 180 Design and the curved piecing methods from Sew Kind of Wonderful. In class you will master the use of both specialized tools and many tips and tricks for curved and precision piecing.

Quilter’s Choice Collage Laura Heine Style
This class is a non-sewing “Quilter’s Choice”, you can choose any of the Laura Heine designs from her standard size to one from her “Teeny Tiny” collections.  If you choose an Eeny Weeny or Whatever series pattern, you will likely be finished before the end of a full day class. 
Designs not covered in this class are Laura’s strip method such as Abilene (cow) or the Guardian Angel and her BoHo Blooms which is a machine applique process.  

During the class you will spend most of the time learning how to create the quilt top.  Our concentration will be on the creation process, tracing methods for large areas, placement techniques for motifs, layout and construction methods for the background and finally the quilting and binding.   In class you will concentrate on the main element of your collage and will have all the tips and tricks to complete your Collage at home.

Mini Wonderful Curves – Quilter’s Choice
Come join Lynn to learn the No Pins, No Stress Curved piecing techniques developed by Jenny & Helen from Sew Kind of Wonderful. 
In this Quilter’s Choice class, you have a choice to make one of four projects from the Mini Wonderful Curves Book, #arewethereyet, October Eve, Early Riser, or Bird Song using the Mini QCR Ruler©.  The class will include step-by-step use of the tool, as well as tips on piecing and proper pressing techniques to make this quilt perfect.  You will leave class with everything needed to complete your quilt with ease.

The Mini Wonderful Curves Book has a total of 16 seasonal projects so after mastering curved piecing you will have many other curved projects to do next!
